Puppy Deposit Contract

Purchaser and person receiving stated puppy are accepting the puppy with no known health conditions. Puppies will be vet-checked and given age appropriate vaccinations. In the order deposits are received determines the order of puppy selection. Selection is done at six weeks of age online via email. If selection is not made within twenty-four hours of Seller contact your place in line will be skipped and you will be moved to last place choice. Once a selection is made it is final.

In order for the Purchase Agreement & Health Guarantee to be valid Spay/Neuter Contract must be signed and proof of spay/neuter must be provided by six months of age unless otherwise discussed and is up to the sole discretion of Rose Valley Kennel.

Purchaser agrees to pay a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold puppy until they are nine weeks old. Final Payment is to be made and cleared by seven weeks of age and all balances (including shipping if applicable) must be paid in full before puppy will leave Rose Valley Kennel. Failure to pay any and all costs will result in forfeiture of both previously made payments and of any rights/claims to the puppy being held.

The Purchase Agreement & Health Guarantee is to be signed and sent with the final payment. All puppies must be picked up/shipped by nine weeks of age unless other arrangements have been approved by Rose Valley Kennel prior to six weeks of age.

This written agreement is a binding contract entered into the State of Missouri and is the entire agreement between the Buyer and Seller. This contract is extended to the original Purchaser only and is not transferable.
