-Once approved, we will contact you to place a $200 nonrefundable deposit

How do I place a nonrefundable deposit?

-Deposits are only accepted once your questionnaire has been approved and you have been notified to send a deposit. Holding deposits are handled on a first come, first serve basis.

-We accept nonrefundable deposits either through PayPal by us sending you a PayPal invoice. You do not have to have an account to pay with a credit/debit card. Email us to send a direct invoice to you, please do not just send a payment without an invoice. Please note that there is an additional 4% Fee for all Paypal transactions.

-You can also email us and let us know you are sending a check (must clear before any action is taken) or a  money order for your nonrefundable deposit. When sending a check or money order, make sure to enclose your name, phone number, and which pup/litter you are reserving. Send it to: 34443 W 120th Street, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024.

-Once a nonrefundable deposit has been placed, at this time is when the Deposit Contract needs to be filled out, signed, and sent to us. For Irish Setters and Dalmatians please Click Here, for Siberian Huskies please Click Here.

What does placing a nonrefundable deposit mean?

-Placing a nonrefundable deposit means you are guaranteed to get a puppy of your gender preference from the current/next available litter. We take deposits on an on-going basis for upcoming as well as current litters. Since most litters are spoken for before they are born, it's always a good idea to get your deposit in as soon as possible.

-Deposits are taken based on gender and you have the option of choosing the current/next available litter or a future litter that fits your timeframe. Please note, putting a deposit on a future litter does not guarantee a first place choice. Rose Valley Kennel reserves the right to have first choice of any pup from any litter.

-For Irish Setters and Dalmatians: We take deposits on our puppies to “hold” a puppy for you and at six weeks old new owners can select their puppies based on the order in which we received the deposits (first deposit on a female gets first choice on a female, etc). Selection takes place by a combination of photos on our website and we will also send a personality assessment of each puppy to every new owner to help you get a better idea of the puppy's disposition, size, color, and temperament along with any silly quirks we've noticed as they've grown!  We also evaluate the puppies ourselves based on everyone's questionnaires and try to match puppies to new owners. It is up to you if you want us to share our opinion or if you want to pick your puppy on your own; either way is fine with us. We update our website bi-weekly (every other week) with photos and send out an email with new information weekly help in the decision process so by the time they are six weeks old you have a pretty good idea of the one or two puppies that are your favorites.

-For Siberian Huskies: We take deposits on our puppies to “hold” a puppy for you and at two weeks old we will send photos for you to pick your puppy. Then we will continue to send weekly email updates and bi-weekly photos as the puppies grow.

Please Note: At this time we are not allowing visits to our kennel, we are only allowing contactless "curbside" pickup in person when the puppies are ready to go to their new homes.
