In Search of Retirement

From time to time we have dogs that are through raising litters or have retired from their activities such as showing or therapy work that are looking for a good home to go relax and enjoy their golden years. Although we wish we could keep all of our dogs that we have raised through the years, itís simply not possible. That is why we look for the perfect retirement home for our dogs to know that they get to spend their remaining years in comfort and love, just like they have growing up!

All of our adults are current on their vaccinations with no known health problems or behavioral issues. New owners will be required to sign a Spay/Neuter Contract and have their new companions altered if we have not already done so.

Unfortunately we cannot ship our adult dogs. Not only because of the increased stress level but also we want you to meet them in person to make sure you are a good fit for one another and will be lifelong companions. Since they are adults they do have their own quirks and habits that need to be considered.

If you are interested in any of our adult dogs please fill out and email us our Questionnaire! Please note that there is an adoption fee and the cost of altering (if applicable) is the responsibility of the new owner.

Siberian Husky:

Juno is looking for her forever home! Juno is seven years old and still very playful. Juno needs a home without cats and would prefer to be the only dog or to have an older, neutered male dog that is not dominant. Juno would love a home that knows about Huskies and is familiar with their personalities. Juno is extremely affectionate and very vocal, like most Huskies!  Juno is spayed, house-trained, leash-trained, and up to date on her vaccinations. She would do well in a working home or retired home, and she loves children!

Sheba is a wonderful girl and is six years old. Sheba would prefer to be in a home by herself without other dogs or animals. Sheba loves children, adults, and all ages in-between! She's very loving and likes being the center of attention but can also keep herself entertained. Sheba knows all of her basic commands including being leash-trained and house-trained. Sheba is up to date on her vaccinations and would need to be spayed.

Sundance is definitely a Happy Husky! He loves people of all ages and female dogs. He hasn't been around cats and isn't a big fan of other male dogs. He's extremely affectionate and would love an active home where he could run and be a part of the family. Sundance is up to date on his vaccinations and would need to be neutered.
