Judy bred to  Jericho, had ten puppies on 6/25/10.  Eight males and two females, ready to go at 8 weeks old or 8/20/10.  Jericho son of  3XCh. National Red Setter Champion Chaparral, is an outside male from  Pine Hollow Ranch-Don and Linda Beauchamp.

Hi Lola,   here are a couple pictures of Piper two weeks after he moved in with us!  We thought you and your husband might enjoy seeing them.  He runs a lot, as you can probably tell!  He’s doing well.  Growing quickly as I’m sure all the puppies are.  He’s quite smart.  He sits, lays down, and comes on command and we’re just working on walking with manners, which will be a long process as his attention span is short!  He retrieved a ball for me for the first time today, so that was exciting! Hope all is well with the other puppies and that they’re finding homes too! Kirsten and Darrell

 

   

 

 

 

These red setters make excellent companions.  As far as the male/female choice, it's been my experience that males are just as good as females in all aspects.  Loyal and attentive, they are extremely eager to please.
