Lola, I just wanted to tell you that I
am extremely happy with the dog (Maggie). She is potty training very fast, only
1 accident in the house. She stands by the door to go out! I ran her yesterday
and today at the local park (lots of compliments) and she stayed by my side the
whole time. I have never seen a dog that has picked up on training as fast as
her. Well I just wanted to let you know that everything is great. I will make
sure to pass along the good word about your kennel if anyone is looking for a
good Irish setter pup. Thanks
-Jeff Borg
Lola-
Mercedes is doing great! Although she is a trouble-maker :). Her and I have
grown very close and we love each other dearly :). She enjoys chasing flies
around the house, playing with Ellie (our oldest dog, 7), and chasing Molly (our
other dog, 6) aimlessly around the house. She is so soft! I love to just sit
there and pet her and spend time with her. Mercedes also enjoys the 2-mile-walks
my mom and I take with our dogs about every other day. (Since we live in the
country she is able to just run around outside in our yard.)
One of her new found loves: cuddling. Some weekend mornings she jumps up on my
bed with me and lays right next to me until I get out of bed. Most of the time
she wakes me up by giving me kisses or sniffing with me with her cold nose.
When she's done with breakfast in the morning she comes upstairs and greets me
while I'm getting ready for school. Then when I come home she rarely leaves my
sight :). Even when I'm doing homework, she lays in her normal spot in my room
and waits until I'm done (or when it's her supper time).
She just finished her second obedience class and did great! Everyone there loved
her and raved how "She's one heck of an Irish Setter!" or "That's the calmest
Irish Setter I've ever seen." She had a little trouble with walking on a leash,
but is doing fine now, although she has to be corrected now and then.
Mercedes always makes me smile and I'm so thankful to be able to have her and my
other dogs. Thank you so much!
Steph

The Fromularo Family
We picked up Fergus at the airport Friday and boy was he a happy dog! He knows
his kennel, has learned to "kennel up", cheerfully does his business outside,
loves everyone that loves him and is rarin' to grow. He charges around the
kitchen and is lots of fun. Thank you so much, Lola, for helping us make a
terrific choice. He is just the ball of joy our family needed after loosing Max,
our ten year old Irish Setter, two weeks ago. We never thought we'd smile at a
dog again, and here we are laughing our heads off at our great little Irish
puppy! Thank you so very much!

Jameson is doing very well in his
new home. He is such a
smart dog. We are bell training him on the back door for when he needs to go
outside and we brought him home on Friday night and he rang the bell for the
first time on Saturday night. He now rings it all the time! And only had one
accident in the house. He has also learned to sit and shake already. He
knows his name, although when he gets a scent he doesn't always pay
attention, but we understand. We are also kennel training him and he is
doing so well with it. He has already walked in it on his own at bedtime.
Thank you so much for all of your help and for letting us take such a great
irish setter puppy home. We love him so much and can't imagine our family
without him.
I'll send some pictures when I get the chance to download them. We've
already taken so many!
Thanks again,
Maggie

Hello Lola,
I hope this message finds you and your family all well. I'm
sorry it took me so long to write back, but I've been really busy.
I got Elly's last puppy, and he came on a plane all the way
from MO to Providence, Rhode Island.
We named him Benjamin and he is the most wonderful puppy
ever...he is gorgeous, playful, extremely intelligent and very affectionate.
Benjamin adjusted very well and we hardly had to potty train him. He has
learned to do things that I never trained him to do...He is unbelievable. We
are so happy with our boy. He loves my 4 year old Chloe and she is crazy about
him...everyday she tells me: " Mommy, Benimin has the cutest face in the
world". (She calls him BENIMIN)
I want to get a friend for Benny and I want to get it from
you...so I will be checking to see when you have any show line irish setter
puppies available.

Hi Lola,
Thank you so very much for Luke's out of Ruby and Isaac.
He is doing very well. He follows me everywhere I go and picks
up his leash in his mouth when it's time to go outside. My husband is
finishing the back area for him to be able to run in. When it's bedtime he
goes right to his pillow in the bedroom and sleeps all night, doesn't get up
or disturb us. He waits for me to get up in the morning and then outside. So
we feel he has adjusted well to his new home. He is a very smart pup and is
learning more and more everyday.
Luke loves the park we take him to for playtime of the leash.
He runs and fetch's his ball and just thoroughly enjoys himself.
Again Lola thank you for such a wonderful loving Irish setter
pup. We are just so pleased with him.
Take care and good luck with the rest of your upcoming litters.

Chris WIlliams: Hi there!
We are doing great in Oklahoma. Maggie is keeping us on our toes but its worth
it. She has been to the beach in Ca. and played in the ocean. She is a great joy
and we are so lucky to have her. Vet check was good no trouble here. We hope to
show her as she gets older. Maggie likes to give hugs sometimes at the wrong
time but she loves us just as much a we love her! Thank you so much for giving
us an Irish setter new family member!

Wanted to give you an update
on the puppy we got from you in February from Abby & Big Red's litter. We have
named him "Fred" and he is the happiest, goofiest puppy. He just came back from
his 3rd set of shots and gained 16 pounds in 3 weeks he is now 39 pounds for a 4
month old Irish setter puppy and is growing like a weed. He is great with the
my son and the other kids in the neighborhood, and he already follows his nose
and doesn't listen when he catches a scent. He is easily trainable, but very
sneaky. We are enjoying him immensely and so is my other dog. They get along
great. People that see him including the vet remark on what a nice stock of dog
he is. Thank you again for allowing Fred to adopt us we are having a blast and
look forward to many years of his company.

Dear Lola,
We are so thrilled with our little Irish setter girl Mollie Rose. She is just
over 10 weeks old now and is such a delight! Mollie is so smart and loves to
play ball, run outside with our grandchildren, and chew on us. She loves to sit
and listen to the birds outside sing their songs in the mornings. And will sit
and listen to the other dogs in the neighborhood bark. She will just sit so
straight and cock her head and listen to them. It is so cute.
She is very good when bath time comes & when it is time for her nails to be
trimmed. I think her favorite part is getting brushed however.
We start her puppy classes tonight. She can sit, fetch, learning to stay down,
and come right now. It is so much fun watching her grow and progress.
I hope to buy a male from you in a year so Mollie Rose has someone to play with.
Our cat is kind of old and grumpy and Mollie doesn't understand that. However,
she has been with our son's puppy and daughter's older dog so far. (She loves
playing with the puppy.) The older dog isn't to much for playing with her.
Thank you & Mr. Davis for spending time with us showing us the parents and all
of the puppies. We are very HAPPY!!

Dear Lola,
Thank you for taking so much time with Arisa and I. We appreciated everything
you did for us. Our little man was wonderful in the car and on the plane. He
loves his home and he does his business outside and doesn’t mess in the house as
yet. He is very curious about Kakabird our pet pigeon. And, he loves all the
birds and squirrels here in the yard. The ducks make his ears go up and all the
new animals sounds catch his attention. He is so smart and he likes his name
Snookey which means little daring or little loved one in German. The neighbors
are wild about his little personality and his sweet face.
This little puppy really was a show stopper everywhere we went. He would put his
little head out of the carrier and looked at everyone. If his head was out then
he wouldn’t cry so that is how we did it. We couldn’t believe how incredibly
good he was …. He only cried for one minute in the carrier and then I opened the
top and he stayed inside and just looked around. He slept on the plane and would
look out every hour to see if we were there and then go back to sleep.
He eats us alive with those little teeth but now he has good strong toys and
lots of things to keep him busy. He has adjusted to the house very quickly and
knows where his beds are where the food is and where to make his business
outside. WHAT A LOVE HE IS….THANK YOU AND YOU HUSBAND SO MUCH FOR HAVING SUCH
LOVELY IRISH SETTER PUPPIES AND SUCH BEAUTIFUL BIG PARENTS.
With appreciation,
Arisa and LaVerne

Dear Lola,
My boys and I arrived on Saturday the 18th to pick up our Irish Setter pup. She
belongs to Abby and Big Red. She is absolutely the most beautiful pup. We named
her Ginger (Duchess Ginger Neala, officially) and we love her. She was pretty
quiet most of the ride home (7 hours) and missed mommy I'm sure. But about an
hour from home she perked up and claimed us as her family. Her disposition has
been great, of course she likes to chew a little, but what puppy doesn't. She
has done very well in her pen at night, hardly complaining at all that she is
alone. We are box training her and I have never had a pup be so quiet during the
first couple of nights. I took her to our local vet who thought she was great.
There are very few Irish Setters in our area, so he was excited to see one. She
is healthy and happy. Your kennel area was clean and all the pups and moms were
clean and happy. You have an excellent kennel. Thank you so much for caring so
well for your dogs. We will send pictures when she grows some. Thanks again.

My name is Joe and I'm 13 years old. I bought an Irish Setter from you in
February 2006. He was born on December 15 from Dusty's litter. I named him Big
Red and he is big. And he loves ice. He goes with me to the woods all the time.
He sleeps in my room every night. He is very handsome and pretty obedient.
This is Darby (Irish setter)
from the litter of Pink and Dusty born on October 8 2005. She just turned one a
few months ago and she is the most sensitive puppy I have ever had. She is so
smart and has a sweet personality. We lost our Irish Setter of 15 years named
Rusty and I knew I had to get another Irish Setter. They are such beautiful dogs
and you do a wonderful job breeding them. If I decide to get another dog I will
get him or her from you. Thank you for the great addition to our family.
Thanks again.
Tony Capece
Lola,
I thought I would
share with you what an incredible past 2 1/2 weeks we have had with Ruby. She
has been no end of fun and entertainment. I have had Irish Setters my entire
life and have never gotten one from a breeder that was as exceptional as your
dogs. She came completely crate trained, she had a few wetting accidents in
the house but that was only the first few days, now she ask to go out every
time. She is loving, energetic and at times has a little streak of the devil
in her. She is spoiled rotten and her black lab big sister loves playing with
her. We were so fortunate to get her from you under the circumstances and very
grateful.

Hi Lola,
I purchased Aggie from you and I just wanted you to know what a
wonderful dog she is She is so smart and one of the easiest dogs to house
break. She loves to play catch, will do it all day long, gets along great with
my other dogs and cats.
Started Sarina (Aggie) in agility classes, hope to keep it up
and compete. Trained my horses for show so I figured it was time to do the K9
stuff
Again we are very pleased and happy with Sarina. You should see
her when we play hide and seek. I really hide good, she goes running around
the house then all of a sudden she'll get a wiff of my scent, stop, put her
nose in the air and she finds me. We all love her to death.
Sincerely,
Donna Robinson
Her registered Irish setter name is CD's Princess Sarina (CD
for my grandson Corey David)
Lola,
I just wanted to update you on the Irish setter pup. Her name is now Callie. She
is doing great. She was wonderful on the drive home across the state and has
taken to her new home like a champ. Potty training has been easy so far, only
1-2 accidents in the house in a week which I think is great. She went to the vet
today and was 6.6 lbs and healthy. She was very brave and curious. She just
about sleeping through the night. Her coat is getting so shiny she looks like a
new penny in the sun.
My niece and I were so impressed by your set up. I was so relieved to find her
in such a nice and clean place. We were mostly impressed by how all the dogs
were so friendly and social. Not a growler in the bunch.
I can't say thank you enough. She is just fabulous and the princess of my whole
family right now. I know anyone taking one of your pups is getting a blessing. I
will recommend you to anyone I know looking.
Thanks again and let me know when her papers come.
Mary Roche.
We received "gold" @ the
Chattanooga airport this afternoon! We are so happy with her!! She is a delight
and seems so far to be very intelligent!! Did you housebreak her @ all?? So
far she goes to the door when she has to go and I take her out and she goes!!
I'm sure we will have some oops though! Thank you a million times over for this
incredible puppy!! The kids have fallen head over heals for her too! My toy
poodle is not too sure she likes the competition but she will warm-up in time.
We have decided to name her Sheba. We had a black lab named Sheba that was
super hunting dog - she died about 6yrs ago. So we are in hopes this "Sheba"
will follow in her foot steps. Thank you so much again, and you can call or
e-mail anytime to check on her.
Sandy & Steve Swain
Lola-
We wanted you to know that we got our awesome puppy as planned on Monday. He is
precious. We have named him Cody after our very special golden that died after
giving us 16 years of love. He arrived about an hour late because the flight was
behind, but it seemed as if NorthWest had taken good care of him, they were nice
when we picked him up from the cargo area. He is absoulutely awesome! Thank you
again for all your help, support and guidance. Our black lab who has seizures
and needed a companion thinks he must take care of the new addition and so has
been kissing and cuddling him. Cody seems to like his new brother. he will be
very spoiled. The boys cannot put him down, so he is being loved and carried
around like a baby. He has been sleeping on my bed at night and loves to be
snuggled and kept warm. Anyway, thank you for helping us get such a Irish setter
blessing!
