In Search of Retirement

From time to time we have dogs that are through raising litters or hunting and are just looking for a good home to go to, relax, and enjoy their golden years. Although we wish we could keep all of our dogs that we have raised through the years, it’s simply not possible. That is why we look for the perfect retirement home for our dogs to know that they get to spend their remaining years in comfort and love, just like they have growing up!

Update on Abby going to her forever home.

Dear Lola,

Well it has been a month since we brought Abby home and we feel like she has been with us forever. She loves our back yard and will stay out all day, even in the rain, to run after and chase out any squirrels or rabbits silly enough to enter the yard. We take our dogs to our store every day and they are there with us in the morning keeping me company in the office and occasionally meeting some of our customers.
Abby has adjusted well and we have had no problems with her. We are so glad she picked us and hope to have her with us for many years to come. Thanks again Lola for the wonderful job you did with her, we are truly blessed to have her in our family.

 P.S. I hope others will see and consider adopting an older dog as well. I know we were not quite ready for another puppy and Abby has been the perfect fit for our family.
